Music may be able to help you against your battle with insomnia. Music may help you to relax which in turn will help bring on sleep. We all have stress in our lives. You may want to listen to your sleep music as you are falling asleep pr beforehand. This will be different for each person. Your sleep music may work for and not work for someone else. Don’t think that there is a certain type of music should not be used for sleep music. If heavy metal relaxes you then this type of music may work best for you.
